Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  There are no refunds, returns or exchanges permitted.  Unless of course our error.  Please double check your proof to be sure personalization information is correct before approving your item(s) for production.

IMPORTANT!!!!  If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been approved, we will refund your order minus 30% to cover the cost of all the setup work and materials purchased for your order.  The setup is one of the most difficult portions of the order.  Thank you for understanding.

Damages and issues:  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
